Since founding Michel Design Studio in 2022, Michel has grown her business from a solo artist into a dynamic team of permanent makeup professionals operating across Georgia, Nebraska, and Illinois. Her team consistently delivers high-quality, natural-looking results while providing an exceptional client experience. Michel attributes the studio’s success to her team’s skill, dedication to client satisfaction, and her passion for the craft.
In addition to running the business, Michel remains a full-time permanent makeup artist and instructor. She teaches and mentors other artists, sharing her expertise in brow mapping, powderbrow technique, and client-centered artistry, and is regularly invited to speak on professional growth and leadership.
